My Project
I work with a population of students that have high needs. Our students work very hard but learn at a different pace than typical students. They are learning to overcome challenges in their lives; physical, emotional, and academic. We work every day on academic skills as well as daily living skills. We practice social and emotional skills. Covid-19 has impacted the students in many different ways, but social and emotional has taken a toll. Students are lacking social skills between peers. The resources will help us build a team, as we learn nutritional facts and ways to cook.
