This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

CMS is full of bright students who want to learn. Their science department houses expired lab equipment, which hinders the experience of performing science in middle school.

With this DonorsChoose, I would like to enhance my students' learning experiences by providing hands-on learning.

I emphasize the importance of literacy, and plan to incorporate this in my lessons. Having new science materials, such as Chemical Reactions, allows for my students to feed their curiosity.

My students and I have a fantastic relationship that can be enhanced by this funding. I love teaching them and I enjoy watching my students develop a love for science. With this, I can foster this love for STEM.
