Have you ever taken a peek at the amazing list of award winners that are lucky enough to get the Sunshine State Readers award? In case you didn't know, it is an award voted on by librarians and media specialists throughout Florida and they are phenomenal!
This year the books range from interesting graphic novels to fantasy titles, to silly stories, and Manatee Summer which is a heart warming!
There are also amazing chapter books. It seems to me that this year's theme is about perseverance and acceptance. This is an amazing and bold choice that our youngsters need to be able to bounce back from Covid! Some of the chapter books involve nature versus nurture, some are about overcoming obstacles.
Please help me get these books for our library so that our thousand students can get their hands on this amazing and high quality literature!
