My Project
Students will decorate duralar sheets using alcohol markers and acrylic ink by creating abstract designs utilizing patterns and acrylic ink. The heat gun will be used to melt down the sheets into fun shapes. The heat gun will be used by me to ensure no child is hurt.
Students are creating this project to utilize the spring sunlight and colorful transparent sheets to brighten the mood of students and staff as they walk the halls.
Each student will create four pieces to create the sunlight hallway mood boosters. After sheets have cooled, they will all be attached together with a string so that they can be hung alongside the window. We will practice patterns on the dry erase boards which will need to be cleaned quickly.
