My Project
The school year is quickly approaching! My first graders spend a lot of time learning content. I like to throw in some fun crafts to break up our typical schedule as often as I can. I made this project with that idea in mind. I wanted to think of some fun crafts my students could do. Holidays are a great time to incorporate a craft. It makes for some added celebration!!
I would love to have these materials so that my students can make suncatchers and do a few fun foam crafts.
The contact paper, tissue paper, tissue paper squares, and black construction paper will be used to make the suncatchers. We will be able to put them on the windows in our classrooms. I included some fun foam crafts with extra stickers in the project. We will do a Halloween craft, fall craft (which will be perfect for when we are learning about seasons), and a Christmas craft. These are some fun ways for my students to use their imaginations some and also have a keepsake to take home!
