This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The preschoolers and kindergarteners at my school love listening to stories and picking out books in the library.
At Rebecca Johnson School, we do everything we can to keep our students reading all summer.
I'll be working with the public library to make sure every family has the chance to sign up for a library card.
I would love to offer each student the opportunity to pick a book to take home at their last library class. I've picked out some quality literature for them with enough variety to make sure everyone finds something they like.
