My Project
Having books to read at home can help students build on vocabulary, improve their comprehension, and expand their horizons. Many of my students don't read at home. Some don't have any books to read at home.
In order to combat their addiction to social media, I'd like to provide more graphic novel options to read over the summer.
Many of my English learners suffer from the summer slide, but keeping them exposed to the language is key. I am always trying to find new authors and series that my students will want to read more of. Happy reading!
