My Project

As families and teachers navigate through the pandemic we are working hard to deepen the home-school connection. The disruption to learning has widened the learning gaps for several children. What can educators and families do to support students?

Our school families need math resources to help learning continue through the summer!

I am asking for hands on math materials similar to what students use with their teachers. At the end of the year our school has a Celebration of Learning. I would like to designate an area where families can stop by and select math tools to use with the their students during the summer. The best part is families can keep these items to use for future grade levels or with other children! Included with the resources will be some suggestions on how to use the tools. It is when schools and families connect that true learning begins!
