This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students have worked very hard this year in preschool. They have learned the letters of the alphabet, letter sounds, numbers, how to write their name, how to cooperate with others, and how to follow directions. My students are all 4-5 years old and still have a lot of learning ahead of them. These materials will allow my students to stay active and engaged this summer. It will give them materials they can use to continue their learning. They will be able to create, build, and most of all use their imaginations. I want them to truly enjoy this summer as they relax and prepare to enter a new school for kindergarten. I know these materials will make them very happy and excited about the summer and their new adventure: Kindergarten.
