My Project

This project contains materials that will be added to summer buckets that will be given to my students. The materials in this bucket were selected to help prevent summer learning loss for my students and provide resources and tools for families to work with their scholar this summer. Kindergarten is a very important year and students are learning so many new skills.

I want to make sure that my students have what they need to be successful as they enter first grade.

One of the things that I made available in my classroom this year was a snack cart. 90% of my students depend on school meals for breakfast and lunch. As a result, I would like to include a couple of snacks for my students to enjoy after their culmination ceremony. The sunglasses and beach balls are small gifts to remind families and students to have fun this summer as well. It's been a long year, and my students have worked hard. They truly deserve some time for fun and relaxation before the new year begins.
