This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

These painting supplies will support a summer enrichment class associated with summer school classes.

Our summer enrichment programs are designed to give our students something fun to do during summer school classes.

During this painting class, students will watch step-by-step video instructions while painting their very own painting. At the end of the class, the students will take their painting home for display in their home.

Many of our students may not ever have another chance to complete a painting and a fun class will help relieve the boredom of summer school
