Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are thoughtful, hardworking, well-mannered children who oftentimes have to overcome many obstacles that other people may sometimes take for granted. Despite issues such as not having their basic needs provided for at times, they manage to make it to school and work their hardest to succeed.

These books will allow my students to learn more about navigating through the daily challenges of life, that they may experience more often than they would like.

Sometimes the classroom may be the only stability in their life, so it is also our responsibility to teach students how to succeed outside of the classroom.
