My Project

I am asking for materials that I can use to upgrade my classroom reward system! Every year, I rely on parent donations for small toys for our treasure box. This year, the donations were small when we started, so I had to adjust my system. It is shown students are more successful when there is a behavior management plan in place.

Changing to a sticker reward system will simplify our treasure box every week.

This will make it easier for all the kindergarten students to come so we won't have to rely so heavily on small toy donations. Our class will collect the stars to earn points as a class, and we will use the pocket charts to store the stickers. This system will help students be reflective on their behavior and goals in class. Each week when they fill the jar as a class, they can pick out a sticker from the charts. I know they will be so excited to pick a new sticker out every week!
