My Project

I teach in a low-income, Title I school, where most of my students live in poverty. Despite their many obstacles to learning, these students are motivated to learn and excel when provided opportunities and materials to do so. As the STEAM teacher, I want to give my students opportunities to explore career opportunities in the Tech industry. A sublimation station will allow my students the opportunity to experience a practical application of technology while learning about the textile and print merchandise industry which relies heavily on technology and digital design.

Students will turn their digital works of art into an object they can wear or use to show off their creativity.
