My Project

Each year our preschool creates and hosts an art show. We learn about different artists and techniques used to create art. We focus on process art and unique art experiences. We spend several weeks creating a variety of projects and even a few larger class projects. We talk about colors, shapes, color mixing, layering, listening skills to create directed drawings, learn vocabulary like concentric circles, the color wheel, and have many opportunities to engage in creativity and language

Our students get a chance to be creative and produce unique projects and keepsakes.

We invite our school staff and the students families to come in and view their art. It is amazing to hear what our staff and families think of each student's unique art abilities.
