This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

I have a fun and energetic group of third graders. They come with a variety of needs, many are behind in multiple areas of academics. I believe that with the right tools and motivation, these students can achieve great things.

Because of the difficulty of the past year due to the pandemic, the students more than ever need the support of a loving community.

These children deserve more than they have gotten, and I'd love for you to help lift them up!

My Project

Technology is a part of everyday lives. In the classroom, technology continues to move forward and as teachers, we need to keep up. There are so many things that students have available to them to help them learn. We have Chromebooks, but adding a sturdy stylus would make it that much better.

A stylus can open up a myriad of possibilities on a Chromebook that will allow students to use the computer like a pad and pencil.

No longer would they have to try and use their finger to make intricate movements and writing on a screen. The stylus will help them improve their work quality ten-fold!

I'm hoping to get this project funded so that we have enough styluses to last the entire year and that no student would be without one when needed.
