This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I love how my students' eyes light up when they discover a new book or get lost in a story. Right now, our crumbling bookshelves make accessing textbooks and class sets unsafe and disorganized, which discourages them. Sturdy bookshelves will finally provide safe, dignified storage, letting students independently grab what they need. A comfortable rug will define a dedicated reading nook, inviting them to curl up with a book. Medieval-themed decor will transform our room into an immersive 'literary castle,' sparking their imaginations and making every lesson feel like an adventure. Together, these resources will build the organized, inspiring space my curious readers deserve.
