My students need magnetic letters to practice spelling words, listening center headphones, and a book shelf to place new or topical/seasonal book selections.

My Students

I teach awesome 2nd graders! We build community and treat each other like a class family. Our school is a safe, family-friendly school. We are a Title I school with over 82% on free or reduced lunch. Our school is diverse and inclusive of many different cultures.

Second graders love to learn!

Some of my students' favorite things to do include reading, writing stories, and playing math games.My students are learning many positive character traits such as perseverance, cooperation, and being forgiving of others when they make mistakes.

We believe in getting better and better every day!

My Project

Your donation will help students throughout the day as they read, listen to reading, practice word work/spelling activities, and more!

Reading is the foundation of each subject that I teach.

Each of these items will help students with reading, writing, and spelling. The students love working with magnets to practice spelling. The book display will help to organize our books, as well as offer students a place to find books on topics we are currently reading, popular books, and/or seasonal books. The headphones are of high quality and will last through daily use.
