My Project
My students would like to spread kindness and help brighten up others day. We want to give back to the community and feel that the best way to do this is to spread kindness at our community senior center. Our school is for students with disabilities and our mission is to help promote our students abilities. We have partnered with the senior center in the school community and are scheduled to make monthly trips to interact and socialize with the adults that go to the center. We would like to spread joy and kindness and teach our students how to do things for themselves.
Teaching our students that the best way to make other people have a good day is to spread joy, kindness and show they care.
We can not wait to produce treats and bring them into the center to make long lasting bonds between the two groups of people.
