Students Will Say I Can Read!

Help me give my students reading support through phonics! Phonics helps students with phonemic awareness, learning new words, and systematically helps them learn to spell and decode words. It's helpful with English learners and with special education students.

My Project

Teaching in a Title I school means we have a high percentage of students whose families are in the lower income brackets. These phonics books will give my students an advantage in decoding. They can be used with any grade level, but this year you will be buying new copies for second graders who are struggling to learn to read.

Thank you for helping students learn to read!

Some of the students who will be using these books have Individualized Education Plans. Some are new to the country. All of them are scoring low in reading. I am planning to use this along with a systematic phonics program to teach kids how to read. Thank you for your assistance!
