Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The carpet is always a gathering spot for whole group lessons, including writing. The carpet will give them ample space for each student to sit comfortably and be engaged to help them become great readers and writers. The journals will be used to help promote students proper mechanics while writing. The anchor chart writing paper will help me model good writing for my students.

The goal for my project is to help my students build their writing skills and their overall love of writing.

My students are beginning to build their foundational skills in reading which transfers to their writing.
