My Students
Our students are the changing faces of America! Most of our students are immigrants or first generation Americans. With over 90% of our school receiving free or reduced priced lunch, the need is there.
As a Title I school in East Las Vegas, our students need your help.
Our school is the first and only college prep charter school in East Las Vegas. Our students work rigorously during our extended year and extended day school. However, the success of our school revolves around the people. The teachers, students, families, and donors like you, make this school reach the levels some would expect to be impossible!
My Project
We polled our students and the consensus is clear: our students want a track and field team! This student-inspired project will help our students get in at least 60 minutes of activity in every day. Additionally, this project will help elevate peer-to-peer learning as they help each other become better at track and field. However, in order to succeed, our students have put together a list of items they want for the events they want to do. With your help, we will reach that mark!
