My Students
My students are a group of sweet young people who are just beginning to learn the amazing things they are capable of doing. They come from various backgrounds and most of them qualify for free or reduced lunch but they don't let anything hold them back.
There is nothing better than the sound of a student's ah ha moment.
My students are constantly amazing themselves with the challenging concepts they are working on this year. With their perseverance, they are on their way to incredible things!
My Project
I am so excited to be moving my classroom to flexible seating. These portable lap desks will help us get there. Flexible seating will allow students to choose the seat that best facilitates their learning. Learning is going to increase tremendously with a simple seat change.
Lap desks will allow students to sit anywhere in the classroom and be productive.
Many students enjoy sitting on the floor, but find it challenging to work comfortably. Lap desks will provide an appropriate work space and keep papers off the floor. They will also allow for more movement around the classroom because they take up less space.
