Students Master Honors Physics and Circuits Via Fun Manga Guides!
Help me give my students access to alternative physics curricula. I already have a few of these books - they love them, and take them home to read. I'm now working to get a full class set.

My Project
In Honors Physics we cover a number of concepts. Those include Motion (dynamics), force, energy, momentum, electricity, circuits, and more. With 150 students it can be challenging to provide a variety of pathways to build knowledge.
One technique I've used with success is to give students access to the Manga Guides to Physics, allowing for that alternate path and/or extension for advanced students who are thirsting for more.
These are legit textbooks with images, explanations, and math, all tied into an interesting storyline.
My goal with this project is to build a class-set of 30 Manga Guides to Physics for our in-class library, so that many students can dig deeper, go farther, and have some fun doing it. I've also added in a guide to circuit components, which will be very handy when we learn about electricity and circuitry next semester.
Thanks for considering my project, and supporting reading in physics.
