My Students

My students are strong and resilient! This has been demonstrated during this past two years - going through a pandemic and having to maintain an interest in academics is hard, but they have rocked it!

In general, I believe the students in our community are among the best.

Being in a rural community does have its challenges, but our students rise to the challenge.

My Project

Please help me provide my students with a listening center! Increasing reading abilities is crucial, and a listening center will provide students a chance to listen to a book while following along and reading.

I love to provide my students with multiply exposure to print, and this is just one more way to get them excited about books!

Nothing can replace the feeling of holding a book in your hand, and a listening center provides a bridge between electronics and print.

The listening center can be used across all subjects -- not just in reading instruction.
