Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I have many students that struggle with focusing in class. These fidget toys can help them focus on their tasks, improve grades, and create better participation in the classroom. My students also have a hard time expressing themselves. The materials listed can help them show their emotions and in turn, we can help them manage these big feelings with learning socioemotional learning skills with themselves and their peers.
My students have shown me that they want to learn and grow but often times do not have the proper resources to do it.
This is a first step helping them achieve what they want to and know are able to.
