This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My students are from a low performing community, they strive to do much better than their numbers show. As their college and career adviser I am here to help increase the school's graduation rate and student's achievements. Our students have shown an incredible amount of potential and interest in the college process.
My students are appreciative of the opportunities presented.
Technology is all around us and my goal is to provide access to this technology to my students.

My Project
As the college adviser I have seen the benefits of teaching with current technology, unfortunately, many inner schools like ours cannot afford or have access to current technology. This puts my students and others like them at risk of not succeeding, with your help, we can achieve and help hundreds of students with this one purchase.
Less money should not mean lesser technology.
With your support, we will be bale to provide current technology use for all students. In addition, this will allow me to prepare lesson plans, powerpoints to be presented in class and connect with each student through my presentations.
