My Project
We want our students to have access to advanced engineering projects and competitive robots for the ability to create more creative and ambitious STEM projects. This is what our robotics program continuously tries to provide to our students. As students' projects get more ambitious, we need more specific and specialized engineered items. This Swerve drive-train module allows students to test designs and program an omnidirectional drive system. Students get hands-on knowledge building and testing an advanced drive system and learn about the dynamics of omnidirectional movement. A powerful teaching tool and by having more of these resources, we will be able to provide them all with an in-depth learning experience.
Our students apply engineering, science, math, and technology to solve complex, open-ended problems in a real-world context.
All while developing highly transferable skills in collaboration, communication, and critical thinking, which are relevant for STEM careers.
Please help provide our program with this track saw so that can help my students become the next generation of STEM professionals. We would be actively promoting STEM within our community starting in our own high school.
