My Project
One of the best ways to build community in the classroom is have students play games together. School can be stressful for many students and this stress can deeply impact their educational experience. One way students can deal with stress and be themselves at school is to play games with their peers. Games will give students opportunities to build relationships and relax during a stressful period.
When students feel like they are part of a community they are more likely to thrive in the classroom.
It is important to create a classroom environment where students can learn and have fun by working with content and taking breaks by playing games together. This project will fund a variety of games for my students to play during the course of school year.
