My Students

My mathematicians are in grades 9th-12th. They are very hardworking dedicated individuals. My students strive to do their best on a day to day basis. I work with students with various different abilities that are all held to very high expectations.

The students in my class are from a rural Wisconsin community that prides itself in strong work ethic and school pride.

Many of the students that sit in my classroom today had parents and grandparents that also sat within the same walls.

My Project

We need a Chromebook with power adapter and license. Students will display their thinking, their justifications, and their problem solving skills on this touchscreen Asus Chrome Book to improve critical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills. While that student guides the discussion, I can circulate to ensure other students are following along and work 1-on-1 so that all are moving forward together.

Once our class' work is done for the day, those notes can then be saved to our Google Classroom site.

I have a site for all of my courses for review and to ensure that if a student is out ill or on a field trip, they do not fall behind.
