My Project
Students in NYC need to gain a real-world skill set that will continue to evolve as the world changes. Over the last few decades, trade schools have diminished, which has set students back while attempting to keep pace with a changing world.
At this time, creating a CTE program that will help students keep pace with the evolving digital world and introduce them to business is essential.
Our vision includes but is not limited to, learning the skills to operate a CNC machine and simulating a virtual business designed around the CNC industry.
Our coursework will primarily educate students about industry safety and business ethics. We not only want students to learn how to operate a CNC machine but also want to assist in their transition into post-secondary life. Suppose we can build a foundation and cultivate a love and desire to work. In that case, students will value their education and hard work while gaining the experience to have a competitive edge immediately after high school.
