Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Many of my students have requested titles that are not in our school library, or my personal library. They have earned a book choice by being consistent with their own personal reading, and by turning in their weekly homework.

Additionally, our new reading and writing curriculum encourages student collaboration.

We are in need of collaboration posters and sentence strips to do some group work and writing.

The materials will be shared across two classrooms, and the work will be posted in the rooms, and on boards around the school for all the students to see.
