Student Lead Library

Help me give my students an upgraded library! Students in 3rd Grade LOVE to read and with focusing now on Reader's Workshop, students will need more books that they love to read to choose from!

My Students

My students come to school overflowing with new ideas each day. They are eager to learn and happy to please. I believe that they are just starting to tap into their full potential.

My students are smart cookies who are ready to make our world a better place.

On any given day you will find them engaged in many ways such as solving mathematical challenges, science labs and art projects. These kids love all types of experiences to help them understand and improve our world.

My Project

We starting Reader's Workshop this year and my students love to read when they finish work. We read about 20-30 Minutes everyday and students are having a hard time finding books that they like. We have a classroom library for students to enjoy, but the books are mostly outdated and ripping. It would be amazing for them to be able to enjoy books that they picked out and requested. My students will be able to take them home and love them when they can't stop reading. I hope to see students spending less time looking for books and more time reading the ones that they want to enjoy. Help them start the new year off right with the perfect reading materials.
