I am the computer technology teacher at a school in intercity Cleveland, Ohio. Our district is 100% below poverty. We provide so many good experiences for our students in attempt to give them all the same opportunities that other students get.
We have a wonderful technology lab where I teach students digital literacy, digital citizenship, STEM, coding, and digital design.
One of the missing items that is needed are wireless mice to use with their iPads. It is very difficult to design 3D models to print without a mouse.
I am planning many fun and educational 3D printing projects, such as design a skyscraper for National Skyscraper Day, making a keychain of their initials for the first day of school, and projects where they solve a problem with their design.
