My Project
I will be teaching second grade at our school in the coming school year, and second graders love to dive into learning about the characters in the books that they read!
I'm asking for students' favorite book series--including Elephant & Piggy, Dog Man & Cat Kid, and Mr. Putter & Tabby--to support the implementation of student book clubs.
Student book clubs will support students in strengthening their reading and literary discussion skills, as they take part in being a community of readers! By providing a range of book series, I can ensure that all students, regardless of reading level, have engaging material to read and discuss with their classmates.
