My Project
Our student athletes have the desire to be great, but need some support. As we work to develop our weight room it is essential we have the supplies our student athletes need to workout. The weight plates will allow me to train our athletes and encourage safe weight lifting practices. A serious component to helping develop athletes that we have them participate in weight training. Strength training is great for athletes; it improves endurance, boosts power and trains your brain. These tools will be useful for helping all of our athletes including the basketball team, wrestling, football and soccer.
