Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Many students at the middle school age have never had the opportunity to play organized sports before. The granola bars, water bottles, white paper cups, mouth guards, sunglasses and other supplies will help us to run intramural flag football sessions, tryouts, and field a school team.

Las Vegas can be very hot.

It is challenging to play outside with the heat in late Summer and early Fall during football season. These materials will help the kids stay hydrated and will help provide some shade. The sunglasses will not only look really cool, they will help tremendously with the sun. The snacks will help provide quick energy after a long day of school. Thank you for helping support middle school athletics! We appreciate it so much!
