Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My school is located in a predominantly African American [39%] and Hispanic neighborhood [59%]. My school is a Vanguard Magnet Elementary, our aim is to help each and every child to be successful scholars. The majority of my students are zoned to the school. My students are third grade bilingual students. Each students has a unique personality with the desire to learn and discover new knowledge. I am excited when I see their academic growth and the effort each students gives to their academic progress to become Scholars of the world.
My Project
I am in need of graph composition books for my students and a few additional teacher supplies. For teacher supplies I will need to help my students understand math concepts which is why I will be needing graph chart paper, I ordered a pack of four which is a little pricey.

This will be a great help for my classroom and my students will benefit tremendously from these supplies.
The graph compositions books will be a great guide in math for place value or when we are learning about multiplication and division.
