This is my first year teaching music, but I have gotten to know many of my students over the years as an ESE Intervention Teacher at this amazing K-5 school. Many of the students that were in first grade my first year teaching are now moving to middle school. I have many of the sweet babies I started with in Kindergarten in the fifth grade this year as a music teacher.
These children are bright, kind, and eager to make an impact in their community!
They are helpful and love to take on new challenges! It will be amazing this year to bring out their confidence and see where we go!
The guitar is a great instrument to grab and hold the interest of our older students! The guitars that are currently in our classroom have old strings on them that will not stay in tune and are tarnished. They are in need of an update!
Help me give my students to opportunity to play these beautiful guitars in our classroom!
We want to update our classroom guitars and begin teaching the kids how to play and make great music! The kids show interest in the guitars hanging in our classroom from the time they walk in the door on the first day. We would like to provide them that learning experience.
