Help me give my students yoga mats that will directly impact their well-being, giving them the tools they need to strengthen both their minds and bodies.
I am reaching out to request your support in funding a set of yoga mats for our after-school Girls’ Mind, Body, and Wellness Club. This program is dedicated to nurturing the social-emotional well-being of our students, providing them with a safe and supportive space to exercise, relax, and recharge.
Through mindfulness practices, gentle movement, and guided relaxation, the club empowers our girls to manage stress, build confidence, and develop lifelong wellness habits.
However, to create a comfortable and inclusive experience for all participants, we need 16 quality yoga mats to ensure every girl has a space to fully engage in these activities.
