My Project
My middle school dance team has a range of experience with dance and training. Some of my dancers have had exposure to dance since they were four years old. For others, this middle school dance team is their first opportunity to dance. We are looking to improve flexibility and strength for all dancers, as well as encouranging warm-up practices to keep our adolescent dancers healthy and injury free.
Yoga blocks, flexibility bands, and tennis balls will stretch each dancers potential!
Middle school is a time to try new things, make connections with others who share a common interest, and to find things that bring you joy. These training materials will help each dancer reach their potential with flexiblity and strength.
