My Project
I love how my students are willing to try different physical activities. A majority of my students come from low income families, and they have not been exposed to this style and level of physical activity. They are very open to learning different things.
This project will introduce them to a different way of stretching and exercising.
My goal for this project is to help my students experience yoga to improve flexibility and give them a way to release stress through the use of foam mats, portable speaker, and mini projector.
