This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I have the privilege of helping multilingual learners acquire English. My students have so much to worry about but with your donation, basic school supplies will not be something they stress over. Their journeys have been long, but they are ready to learn a new language and become part of our society.

My students deserve materials that will help them be successful in their education.

I will focus on my students getting support and scaffolds with the state standards while they learn a new language and having the TPT gift card will help me achieve it. Students will be able to have a welcoming area in my classroom where they can keep their work in their mailboxes. We will also sort and organize materials on the microwave/mini fridge stand. The space for the mini-fridge will allow us to set the organizer in an area where we have a cart that's also used for storage. By having a place for all supplies, the room will be welcoming and students will be able to find what they need when they need it. Having materials for their projects, students will be able to focus on their education and not have to worry about obtaining supplies needed to work. Your support will help me help them to be a part of their education.
