Stress and Anxiety Relief at GPHS

Help me give my students stress and anxiety relief with Rubik's cubes, stress balls, fidget spinners, and sensory spheres.

My Project

Student learning will improve with the help of stress and anxiety relief aides at GPHS in St. Paul, Minnesota. Stress and anxiety aides will be available in all classrooms.

Stress relieving breaks, aided by use of these requested resources will provide rejuvenation for students.

Focus and calm will lead to academic credit completion leading to achievement of high school graduation!

Stress and anxiety reducing manipulatives are excellent resources that help restore calm and focus for learning to take place.
