Help me give my students weights for our squat racks to improve and ensure safety, enable a variety of core strength exercises, and allow students to progressively build real-world fitness skills.
Currently, our students have limited access to safe and effective strength training equipment, which restricts their ability to learn proper lifting techniques and develop lifelong fitness habits. Squat racks are essential for teaching foundational exercises such as squats, bench presses, and overhead presses
We need weights to be able to use these donated racks.
These core movements not only build strength, but also improve balance, coordination, and confidence. By providing adjustable weights, we can ensure all students progress safely at their own level, following best practices for gradual skill development.
Access to quality equipment will also make our class more engaging and inclusive, allowing every student to participate fully. This investment will help our students gain real-world fitness skills, reduce injury risk, and foster healthy habits that last a lifetime.
