Strength and Conditioning Vests

My high school students need 3 weight vests to help them improve aerobic and strength conditioning

Oregon students will out work them all. My high school strength and conditioning class in this high need community wants to work harder and see how fit they can be.

They have been told that hard work pays off but resources are very limited for this first year class that is short on equipment.

After three months they are hooked but could use 3 weight vests that safely overload the body during strength and conditioning. Currently the students start their aerobic workout with a circuit training involving jogging, running, lunges,quick feet and toe raises. They would like to employ the overload principle by wearing the weighted vests during this portion of their workout.

Your help will make it possible for my students to see how fit they really can be. With the knowledge that someone cares they will work even harder
