This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
We want to find fun and creative ways for our students to work on interactions with peers and staff members, as they are still making up for lost social skills during the last couple of years, throughout the stay at home orders due to the pandemic.
These games will not only help my students break the ice, but also work with their strategy thinking muscles.
Our students will have extended learning times after school and will alternate academics with different activities. These games will encourage them to learn to collaborate, learn gaming etiquette, and how to strategize as individuals or a team.
