This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I teach a pre-k blended class of students with special needs and VPK kids. My students are eager to learn and love helping their classmates. I have many students with Autism that are non-verbal as well as students with Speech/Language/Hearing Impairments.

My VPK students love helping them out, whether it is holding their hand and helping them through the breakfast line or all running to hug them when they go home.

I am requesting materials for a pre-k graduation ceremony for our kids that are moving on to Kindergarten. We have 3 pre-k classes so the gowns would be used for all classes and reused for many years.
