Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
Help me with the storytelling kits to help my students continue learning through school closures .
We are reading books every day, at home learning program, with the storytelling kit they can understand better the story.
We are out of school since March 13. They learning at home, most of them use parents cell phone to connect with me , with at home learning.
My Project
In these times of distance learning, with the storytelling kit, it will be a lot easier for me to teach them the sequence of events, characters, and where the story happens.
I can assure you that my students will develop strong listening comprehension skills.
I would make the video in my house and I would share it with my students using the different distant learning tools provided (Google Classroom, Remind101, Zoom), then I would assign them the planned tasks mentioned above, and then they would respond by completing their work, and then sending photos about their work; bottom line, with this storytelling kit, I will be able to help my students learn in different ways. They will profit from it at lot! The sky will be the limit!
