Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Students will gather on the rug to share ideas, enjoy read-alouds, and participate in engaging lessons.

It will serve as a comfortable area for whole group learning, partner work, small group collaboration, and teacher-led activities.

The rug will support community building by encouraging daily interaction in a cozy setting. With enough space for everyone, it will be used regularly as a central part of our learning environment. This addition will help foster a sense of belonging and make learning more enjoyable and dynamic for all students. We are really looking forward to bringing this cozy new carpet to our classroom.
